Job Purpose

To manage the effective distribution and visibility of products across agrodealers and direct market channels while achieving sales targets.

Job Description

• Distribute products to agrodealers and directly to farmers while achieving sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with new customers.
• Ensure product availability and display in retail outlets.
• Address customer queries related to pricing, stock, and delivery.
• Promote products through merchandising and support marketing activities.
• Handle basic reporting and administrative tasks related to distribution.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• A minimum 2-year Certificate in Agriculture or a related field.
• Sound product knowledge and good communication skills.
• Must possess a valid Class C1 driver’s license and be able to drive a 5-ton light truck.
