Background:
The Optimizing Care Delivery to Support Reengagement in PLWH Returning to HIV Care after Treatment Lapses in Zambia (Reengagement Study) is a 3-year research study that is funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and will be implemented by the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ) in Ministry of Health Clinics. The study was approved by the University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (UNZEBREC) on 21st August 2022.
The Reengagement Study is a mixed methods research study that aims to develop a reengagement strategy that meets the needs and preferences of patients and providers in public health HIV settings. The needs and preferences of patients and providers will be assessed using best-worse scaling (BWS) experiments and qualitative methods, and ultimately, an intervention to optimize the experience of reengagement in HIV care will be developed using human-centred design.
Summary of Job:
Reporting to Study Coordinator. The incumbent will be an integral member of the study team, providing essential transportation services and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of study activities. He/she will uphold the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, safety, and professionalism. This position will be for an initial period of 6 months.
