Job Details

To facilitate staff, travel on all Jhpiego program activities in country. To manage facilitate smooth implementation of Jhpiego activities by ensuring the safe travel of Jhpiego staff and the security of the project vehicle.

• Driving Jhpiego staff for project work as
• Ensure that the project vehicle is clean and in good working
• Perform daily errands as assigned Ensure all road safety accessories are secured in the project
• Ensure passengers adhere to all safety regulations such as wearing of safety
• Conduct a weekly checklist of vehicle condition and submits to supervisor for
• Always ensure security of
• Adherence to Jhpiego’s vehicle use policy
• Assist with project assignments at the office and during field
• Any other duties as

• Basic minimum Grade Twelve certificate
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience working as a driver preferably in International Non- Governmental Organizations for 2- 3
• Valid driver’s license with 5 years driving
• Experience in providing administrative assistance to a development
• Excellent knowledge of traffic rules and road laws of
