J&J Transport Zambia Limited is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Driver Instructor who will be responsible for  driver instruction, safety and implementation of company fleet standards.

Duties

• Instruct, supervise and monitor drivers.
• Driver recruitment – screening, assessments and driver orientation.
• Regular driver evaluation and feedback on performance.
• Instruct drivers on traffic safety regulations, loading and unloading procedures, and proper care of equipment.
• Carry out truck inspections and follow up on required actions.
• Assist with accident investigations.

Requirements

• 15 years cross border truck driving.
• 5 years experience as a truck driver instructor.
• Fluent in English and other local languages.
• Certification in driver training from a recognized institution.
• Valid PSV licence – class DG
