E-commerce Specialist

Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for increasing online sales, managing the e-commerce site, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online sales platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic and sales.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute online promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure the e-commerce site provides a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in e-commerce and web analytics tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related role.
