Egan is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to provide nurturing and educational experiences for young children. The Early Childhood Educator will create a supportive environment that promotes early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
Create a safe and engaging learning environment for young children
Assess and monitor children’s development and progress
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding children’s needs and progress
Collaborate with other educators and staff to support children’s learning

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working with young children in an educational setting
Strong understanding of child development principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in educational tools and MS Office
