As a reputable institution, we play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate professionals in Zambia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Education and Training Officer.

Position Overview:
The Education and Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, courses, and initiatives that align with the goals and standards of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents. This role involves collaborating with industry experts, designing curriculum, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update educational materials and curriculum to meet industry standards. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, CPDs, workshops, and seminars for estate agency professionals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to enhance the quality of educational content.
Assess the educational needs of members and identify areas for improvement and development.
Implement and manage the accreditation process for educational programs offered by ZIEA. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in legislation, and advancements to ensure the relevance of educational programs.
To coordinate research in real property trends and develop a property transaction database.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Education, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage
Must have at least 3 years industry experience
Proven experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
Knowledge of the real estate industry, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
