Job Description

We are seeking two motivated and skilled Electrical Engineers to join our team, with a strong focus on renewable energy solutions. The successful candidates will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining renewable energy systems that contribute to sustainable development across Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain renewable energy systems (solar).
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy projects.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver energy solutions on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical engineering or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies ( solar or hybrid systems ).
• Proficiency in electrical design software and relevant tools is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic project environments.
