Trade Kings Home Care Limited is a leading manufacturer of quality detergents, soaps and household products located in Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone Area. In its quest to improve service delivery, the company seeks to employ suitably qualified individuals who are highly motivated and goal oriented professional to fill the vacant position listed below:

1. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR × 1

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Plan, schedule and assign work to electrician to meet tight deadlines.
2) Maintaining electrical system and equipment to prevent failure and downtime.
3) Providing timely and effective electrical maintenance and repair service.
4) Oversee and coordinate the work of electrician and other electrical staff.
5) Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment.
6) Analyzing data and testing results to identify areas for improvement.
7) Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including maintenance teams.
8) Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
9) Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues and problems.
10) Developing and implementing electrical safety procedures and protocols.
11) Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
12) Managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously
13) Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
14) Collaborating with other maintenance team and plant BUs
15) Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues and problems

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A Diploma/ BEng Electrical Engineering
2. Direct experience in a manufacturing plant and at least 3 years’ experience
3. Excellent communication skills while working with team members.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Technical knowledge: Understanding electrical theories, codes, and regulations.
6. Practical skills: Ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
7. Safety awareness: Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and protocols.
8. Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
9.Communication: Effective communication with managers and electricians.
10.Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate and precise workmanship.
11.Adaptability: Ability to work in diverse environments and situations.
12. Continuous learning: Staying up-to-date with new technologies and techniques.
13. Quality focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and services.
