Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Lusaka team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and operations staff to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
