Zambia Jobs is looking for a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them efficiently.
Perform routine electrical inspections and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Maintain and repair lighting systems, electrical panels, and circuit boards.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure safe and effective operations.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with other team members.

Education:

Certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Valid electrician’s license or certification.

Skills:

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to work with power tools and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial setting.
