Employee Relations Manager
Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to manage and resolve employee relations issues. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.

Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend solutions.

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and best practices.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of employee relations practices and conflict resolution.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:

Proficiency in employee relations software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Good organizational and communication skills.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
