Objective: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in an entry-level IT position.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and tools
• Document and maintain IT procedures and documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
• Implement website updates and improvements as needed
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Degree from a reputable institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem and analytical solving skills
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Software development is an added advantage
  Graphic designing skills is an added advantage
