Reporting to the Environmental Officer, you will be assigned on a day-to-day basis tasks associated with the specifics outlined in the duties and ensuring these are completed in a timely manner.

Your duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: –

1. Conduct routine environmental sampling, monitoring, and data collection activities.
2. Assist in the implementation of environmental management programs and initiatives.
3. Perform field assessments to identify potential environmental risks and concerns.
4. Support the Environmental Advisor in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
5. Participate in the development and execution of environmental training programs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to environmental policies.
7. Assist in the response to environmental incidents and emergencies.
8. Other duties as assigned.

To be considered for the position, the applicant must have the following .

• Diploma or associate degree in environmental science, Environmental Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possessing a valid Zambian or SADC driver’s licence
