Background

NetOne is a leading technology services Group based in Lusaka, Zambia. Since its inception is 2007 the group has grown to be Zambia’s leading technology service provider offering a range of solutions including client computing and enterprise business solutions with long standing relationships with leading OEM manufacturers across the ICT sector. NetOne owns and operates Zambia’s first Tier III carrier neutral data offering colocation services, infrastructure as a service and software as service. NetOne also owns and operates the Swish Pay platform enabling digital payments from consumer to merchant through its integrations with Visa, MasterCard and Mobile Money platforms. The group continues to innovate in launching new products to the Zambian market and is therefore looking to grow our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties of the role will include but are not restricted to:

• Documentation of project requirements
• Updating project status.
• Installation of ERP software at client sites.
• Attend Client meetings and minute the meetings .
• Provide customer support and attend to queries.
• Sign off job cards with agreed support hours.
• Escalate support issues with line manager or Sage if need arises.
• Implement support for sage and ERP software
• Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
• Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
• Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, deploy, support, and troubleshoot application systems to meet business process requirements.
• Analyse and document customers’ business needs, application system requirements, configurations, workflows, processes and procedures.
• Assist in the, scoping and documentation of appropriate solutions to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements.
• Provide training and depart knowledge to customers
• Share lessons learned in client projects, industry trends & best practices, tips & tricks and new cloud solutions capabilities with team members
