Goldenlay is currently seeking candidates for the position of a Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Manager. We warmly invite qualified professional individuals to apply for this exciting opportunity

Responsibilities :
.
Implement, enforce EHS policies, including bio-security and hygiene
Goldenlay
Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, & ensure Pre-Job Hazard Assessments are completed for site work.
Oversee safety inspections, accident investigations, & ensure compliance with EHS laws, including reporting to governmental bodies.
Manage safety equipment and training programs, including PPE, First Aid, and specialized EHS certifications.
Monitor environmental impact, manage waste disposal, and ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and project approvals.

Requirements :
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences/engineering, Natural Resources Management, or similar
.
Strong people management with a focus on discipline & quality control
.
Ability to apply quality satisfactory standards expected of the industry & the directors
Display initiative, energy, be a fast learner & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
