Job Description:

Apex is seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The Estate Agent will provide expert advice, conduct property viewings, and negotiate transactions to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary documentation.
• Market properties through various channels.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and property management.
