Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to manage and coordinate events in Lusaka. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to promote the company’s brand and engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize events, including conferences, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of events and provide post-event reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of event planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in event coordination.
