Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is looking for a creative and organized Event Planner to manage and execute events. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of events, from planning to execution, ensuring a memorable experience for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize events, including weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Select and book venues, caterers, and other vendors.
• Manage event budgets and timelines.
• Oversee event setup and logistics.
• Handle any issues or problems that arise during events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
