Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a creative and organized Event Planner to manage and coordinate events in Lusaka. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize events, including corporate events, weddings, and parties.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of events and provide post-event reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of event planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning.
