Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

About Us:
Satwant Farms & Transport Limited is a dynamic organization committed to excellence in the agricultural, mining, and transport industries. We are seeking a professional, responsible, and articulate individual with substantial experience in analogue documentation and strong administrative skills to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company.
  • Manage and maintain both analogue and digital documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications on behalf of the company.
  • Set priorities and establish achievable targets for assigned tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in finance, payroll, and general management duties as required.
  • Manage statutory obligations, including NAPSA, NHIMA, and ZRA compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in roles emphasizing analogue documentation.
  • Strong articulation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and accountability in professional settings.
  • References from previous employers are mandatory.
  • Punctuality and proximity to the workplace will be considered advantageous.
