Key Responsibilities

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.

Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient office operations.

Assist with special projects and perform research as needed.
Requirements
:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
