Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Walusungu Guest House, Kabwe

Job Description:
Walusungu Guest House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu creation, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. The Executive Chef will also play a key role in training, supervising staff, and catering for large conference groups.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
Proven experience with a variety of dishes, including local and international cuisines
Strong leadership and team training abilities
Knowledge of catering for large conference groups
Computer literate, with proficiency in menu planning and other relevant software

Requirements:

Willingness to relocate to Kabwe
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume food production
Excellent communication and organizational skills
