Job Purpose

The Executive Receptionist will be responsible of handling administrative duties of executives, scheduling and arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, and performing secretarial tasks. Taking responsibility of answering and routing calls to appropriate personnel, greeting and assisting visitors, handling occasional customer complaints, ensuring maintenance of conference and meeting halls, providing assistance to Executive Assistant and orchestrate all necessary support functions and administrative responsibilities as needed to maintain an impeccable office environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in a Business or Administration-related field from a recognized university or college.
  • Must have a minimum of at least 3+ years work experience in front office or customer service-oriented environment.
  • Previous switchboard/reception experience in telecoms, financial, insurance sector is preferable
  • Highly organized professional who can prioritize the urgency of multiple requests to meet simultaneous deadlines.
  • Must have a concern for customer satisfaction.
  • A pleasant personality is essential as this is also a customer service role.
  • Must have a warm, outgoing person who builds friendships and networks easily
  • Must be energetic
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, have a sense of urgency to see work done right.
  • Must have an excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
