Job Description

Mission

To ensure 85% of DC promised dates are fulfilled and shipped to the LDC expeditiously.
To ensure circulation of weekly changed promised dates to all stakeholders
To ensure circulation of the Customer back order with correct promised dates to all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily analysis of M3 open orders to ensure DCs promised dates are fulfilled.
Weekly sharing of detailed back order report with all stakeholders, and with the correct promise dates.
Communicating delivery date changes to relevant stakeholders in the regional CCs.
Constant follow-up with DCs through ACIGN/ Emails/ Telephone to ensure parts are shipped as soon as they are available.
Support the Order Fulfillment Manager achieve his/her mission

Ensures implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ Management Systems in the department
Ensures customer requirements are satisfied/met
Wear necessary PPE in the workplace.
Ensure good housekeeping in the workplace.
To report all incidents/accidents to the immediate Manager.
Employee to protect their own health and safety and health and safety of others.

Competences, skills and experience

Good understanding of procurement and supply procedures
Ability to communicate with different clients.
BPCS/GIM/M3 Online/Advanced Excel
