Job Description:
North Star is seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and manage our facilities in Lusaka. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities.

Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with service providers and contractors.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Plan and manage facility renovations and upgrades.

Monitor and assess facility performance and implement improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.

Knowledge of facility management processes and best practices.

Proficiency in facility management software.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in facility management.
