Farmer Financing Associate

Position

The position exists to support the organization in achieving its Finance functional goals through

• Timely and accurate execution of Regional Accounting activities to support operations
• Grower master data checks and document maintenance
• Grower loan creation and support input distribution process to Agronomy
• Timely grower payments and Loan recovery management

Requirements

• University Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent professional qualification such as part or complete ACCA, CIMA etc.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in operational finance.
• Must be a member of ZICA.
• Understanding of the tobacco industry will be an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
