Fashion Designer

Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking an innovative Fashion Designer to create stylish and original clothing designs. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing clothing collections, staying ahead of fashion trends, and working with production teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop original clothing collections and fashion items.
Research fashion trends and incorporate new styles into designs.
Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes of designs.
Collaborate with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams.
Present designs and collections to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of fashion designs and styles.
Knowledge of fashion design principles and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
Strong artistic and creative skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role.
