JOB DETAILS:

Goldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs across Zambia, and boasting a brand familiar to retailers and consumers alike. Goldenlay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poultry Feed Mill Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the production of high-quality feed, contributing to the health and productivity of our poultry stock.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the procurement of materials, production, quality, maintenance, costs and safety of feed mill operational.
Manage inventory and ensure timely manufacturing of feed requirements.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure feed/grain quality.
Coordinate employees, manage team performance and development.
Address all production inquiries and resolve effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in feed production industry
Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Eggsactly an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and produce quality work with attention to detail.
Live in Luanshya on the Copperbelt

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
