Field Coordinator
Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is hiring a Field Coordinator to manage and supervise field operations and ensure the effective implementation of projects in various locations. The Field Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee field operations, ensuring project activities are carried out effectively.

Manage and support field staff, providing guidance and addressing any issues.

Liaise with local stakeholders and communities to facilitate project implementation.

Monitor field activities and provide regular updates to the Program Manager.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in the field.

Ability to work in diverse and challenging field conditions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills:

Proficiency in field management and coordination tools.

Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity.

Good reporting and analytical skills.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in field coordination or a similar role.
