Job Purpose/Mission:
Reporting to the Field Inventory Specialist, the Inventory Officer ensures accurate stock management and control at service centers. The primary duties include:
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
-
Implement stock management and control procedures to minimize shrinkage.

Conduct monthly remote or in-person stock audits of Service Centers according to approved procedures, as needed.

Execute monthly absent kit searches as per approved procedures. Distribute absent kit search serials on the 10th of every month.

Analyze the results of absent kit searches and submit the report to the Field Inventory Specialist on the first working day of each month.

Recommend improvements and address observed issues.

Review SCO audits and provide reports to the Field Inventory Specialist by the first working day of each month.

Perform accurate counts and reconciliation of service center stock, and submit results to the Field Inventory Specialist. Reconcile service center handovers and report any discrepancies.

Provide support and training to the SCO and Sales teams on stock management.

Identify team members struggling with stock management and report them to the Field Inventory Specialist for additional support.

Investigate and resolve all field inventory stock issues in consultation with the Field Inventory Specialist.
Reporting

Accurately record monthly missing kits on the deduction trackers for both Service Centers and Sales teams.

Submit a monthly shrinkage report to the Field Inventory Specialist and the Finance department.

Provide a monthly sales and swap report to the Field Inventory Specialist and Finance department.

Reconcile all deliveries with the Warehouse logistics team and share the delivery report with the Field Inventory Specialist.

Conduct comprehensive monthly stock reconciliations by accounting for all stock movements (sales, swaps, deliveries, returns) and report the closing balance to the Field Inventory Specialist and Finance department.

Reconcile and report all recovered missing kits within the month.

Proactively contribute to enhancing inventory management processes, safety, and security of kits assigned to Agents and Service Centers.

Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor or management.
Knowledge and skills
Experience
:

At least 1 years of experience in the same or similar role

Qualifications
