Job Title: Field Operations Managers (3 Positions)

Location: Lusaka, with frequent travel to various locations.
Job Type: Full Time
Reports To: Director of Operations/General Manager

Job Summary:

Now Imports and Exports Zambia (NIEZ) is looking for three Field Operations Mangers to oversee and coordinate field activities across multiple locations. These professionals will ensure efficient operations, adherence to company policies, and achievement of organizational objectives. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while managing teams and resources in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management & Supervision: Supervise and lead field operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and timely execution.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce occupational health and safety regulations and company policies in various operational sites.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, motivation, and oversight for field personnel.
Resource Allocation: Manage equipment, workforce distribution, and material handling across different locations for optimal productivity.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance workflow.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and regulatory bodies across different sites.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of field activities and generate performance reports.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges across multiple locations to ensure seamless execution.
Pressure Management: Handle demanding situations effectively to maintain operational stability.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Grade 12 O-level or better certificate.
Additional Certifications: Any relevant certification or diploma will be considered an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in field operations or management roles.
Driver’s License: A valid manual driver’s license is required.
While prior experience in the mining industry is not required, it would be considered an advantage.
