Job Description: Savanna Synergy is hiring a Field Technician to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems. The Field Technician will work directly with clients to ensure the proper functioning of technology and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment at client locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with equipment and systems.
Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

Skills:

Proficiency in technical tools and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field technician or in a similar role.
