FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to join our team and help us grow responsibly.

YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU CAN:

• Interpret financial data and produce meaningful reports
• Reconcile accounts, manage payroll, and ensure statutory compliance
• Maintain financial and farm records (both digital and physical)
• Handle procurement, HR documentation, and office admin with precision
• Coordinate internal controls and support audit processes

WHAT WE VALUE:

• A Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Administration
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (agricultural setting is a bonus)
• Strong command of QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office tools
• High integrity, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
