This role provides a chance to gain hands-on experience in both financial operations and executive support.

Position: Finance and Executive Assistant Intern

Location : Lusaka/remote

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

1. Assist in financial data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliations.
2. Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and analyses.
3. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget formulation/ monitoring.
4. Assist in submission of statutory obligations
5. Assist with processing of Disbursements to sellers on NWS platforms
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
7. Learn and use financial software and tools under guidance.

Executive Assistant:

1. Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination with key stakeholders.
2. Assist in executing HR related tasks.
3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
4. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
6. Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by executives.
7. Willing to travel as and when duty calls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in finance and executive support functions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
