Mukuba Hotel Limited (the “Hotel”) is a company wholly owned by the Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”). The Hotel is located in Ndola District of Copperbelt Province. Mukuba features a herd of graceful impala, among other attractions, symbolising the hotel’s unsurpassed quest for excellence which has earned it the title “Gem of the Copperbelt” amongst local admirers.

A need has arisen to fill the following positions:

FINANCE MANAGER

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful analysis to support decision-making. This role involves managing budgets and financial reporting, providing transparency and accountability, and navigating regulatory landscapes with precision.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate.
Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, ZICA, or related field.
Professional Membership to the Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Minimum of Eight (8) years work experience in finance or similar position.
