OneZambia is looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes
• Monitor and manage financial performance and cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management
• Develop and implement financial strategies and controls
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
