Job Description:

North Star is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide insights to support decision-making processes in Lusaka. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, forecast future financial trends, and prepare reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and develop financial models.
Prepare and present financial reports and projections.
Conduct budgeting and forecasting.
Analyze market trends and economic data.
Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
