Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial insights, conducting thorough analysis, and supporting key decision-making processes within the growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for budgeting and forecasting processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Reporting:

Generate and distribute regular financial reports to key stakeholders.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.

Financial Metrics and KPIs:

Monitor and report on key financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on metric analysis.

Cost Analysis:

Conduct cost-benefit analysis on various projects and initiatives.
Analyze cost structures to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.

Risk Management:

Assess financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.

Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models for evaluating business opportunities and investment decisions.
Support mergers and acquisitions activities by performing financial due diligence.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy.
Communicate financial insights and findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
5 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
