ZamVenture Holdings is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive financial experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
