Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of the financial function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Managing and motivating the finance team.
-
Maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Liaising with external auditors.
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.

5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.

Proven ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level business partners.

Strong business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good knowledge of accounting software.
-
Completion of articles (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) highly recommended.

Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit to work in Zambia.
