Our client, based in Lusaka, Zambia, is looking for a Fine Dining Chef to join their team. He/she must be accustomed to silver service and fine dining establishments to manage the kitchen and all operations. He/she would report to the F&B Manager.

Requirements:

Culinary qualification from a recognised establishment.

More than 10 years’ proven work experience in a fine dining establishment.

Demonstrated knowledge of cuisine style and preparation.
