We are Recruiting!

Our client, based in Lusaka, Zambia, is looking for a Fine Dining Chef to join their team. He/she must be accustomed to silver service and fine dining establishments to manage the kitchen and all operations. He/she would report to the F&B Manager.

• Menu creations
• Staff management and mentoring
• Inventory management
• Food quality
• Maintaining cleanliness at all times.

Requirements:

• Culinary qualification from a recognised establishment.
• More than 10 years’ proven work experience in a fine dining establishment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cuisine style and preparation.
• Continually adapt to provide excellence.
