Position Overview:
The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front of house operations in our signature fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the luxury and excellence of Ciela Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of fine dining service, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver world class hospitality

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain alignment between kitchen and service

Oversee guest reservations, floor plans, and dining flow

Ensure all service standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulations are upheld

Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency

Manage inventory, supplier relations, and operating costs effectively

Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management

Support other food and beverage operations as required
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment

Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Degree or diploma in hospitality management is an advantage

A polished, professional demeanour and guest-oriented attitude
