Position Overview:
The Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring guests receive outstanding service in an elegant and refined setting. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced in high-end restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Lead and motivate the service team to provide an exceptional guest experience

Supervise restaurant staff and support training efforts to maintain service excellence

Oversee reservations, table arrangements, and guest seating

Address guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and fine dining service standards

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow between the front and back of house

Assist in stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring usage

Prepare basic reports and updates for the Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

In-depth knowledge of food service protocols, fine dining etiquette, and wine pairing

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Formal hospitality training or certification is an added advantage
