Karan Investments is seeking to recruit qualified and well organised professionals to join our team in Lusaka.

FLEET COORDINATOR X2

Main Responsibilities

Regular Monitoring of trips and vehicle tracking
Tracking fuel usage and utilise GPS systems to monitor driver movement
Planning of driver trips and journey
planning of trip expense to ensure timely cashflow to drivers and all associated service providers ensure fuel allocation and accounting is accurate
Conduct registration and licencing of vehicles as required
Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are led throughout the journey
Accurate reporting of all vehicle faults and all necessary investigations carried out accordingly
Verification of trip documents and ensure that every trip complies with the law

Desired Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Transport and Logistics
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a transport and Logistics sector Member of ZCILT
Proven record of successful distribution and logistics management
Ability to lead and manage drivers
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
