JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fleet Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of Trucks and Equipment and ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other fleet management software
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Ability to work independently and manage a team

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet
– Monitor and analyze fleet data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

– Plan and schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance

– Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management
– Manage and supervise a team of drivers and technicians

– Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and safety standards
– Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance, and repairs

– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
