Our Successful Food and Beverage Supervisors …

Effectively manage the Food and Beverage outlets including preparation of operating equipment, staffing, opening times and solving any challenges that might arise

Provide dependable and well considered requisitions of resources

Accurately and efficiently provide staff rosters, conduct stock takes and produce relevant reports
-
Build a competent and motivated team across all outlets through confident and caring leadership
-
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
Qualifications & Experiences

Full Grade twelve (12) Certificate or equivalent
-
Must have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a highly reputable institution of learning
-
Must have a minimum of three (03) years of supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel
-
Should be highly computer literate in Office Packages
