Our client is looking for a Food Scientist to conduct research on food processing, preservation, and product development. The Food Scientist will ensure the safety, quality, and nutritional value of food products, as well as develop new food technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Study food composition, nutrient content, and preservation methods.

Develop and improve food products and processes.

Conduct sensory evaluation and consumer preference studies.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Work with production teams to implement new food technologies.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and engineering.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices.

Ability to conduct research and analyze food data.
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
Skills:

Experience:
