Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Manage appointment schedules and reservations.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Education
