Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is looking for an experienced Fundraiser to develop and execute fundraising strategies to support our programs. The Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying potential donors, organizing fundraising events, and managing donor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
Organize and oversee fundraising events and activities.
Prepare grant proposals and fundraising reports.
Manage donor databases and communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fundraising or a similar role.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficient in fundraising software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in fundraising or development.
